We are looking for some great chefs to join our teams – we have three sites currently, and another two about to open… Because of these expansion plans we are looking for the next generation of Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and kitchen staff of all levels to come and work with us.
What we Offer? Obviously depends on your experience, but we aim to pay our Head Chefs up to a £35,000 package - with tips, bonuses (based on kitchen performance), 28 days holiday a year, great incentives, friends & family discounts and regular trips out (even abroad!). Sous Chef and Chef roles pay a little less obviously but we look after people – some of our Head Chefs have been with us for over 10 years!
About you! Are you an organised individual with a true passion for great food? Do you enjoy working on your own as well as with others? Do you have a strong work ethic? Do you have great food knowledge? Do you have an in-depth knowledge of H & S and HACCP? Are you able to communicate clearly? Are you motivated by a challenge? Able to look after the standards in more than one kitchen?

We are now searching for brave and brilliant Head Chefs, Sous-Chefs and kitchen staff of all levels to work in successful, passionate, late night operations. Food is at the heart of everything we do, we’re not “Gastro” as such – but we do believe in fresh produce, cooked to order and as tasty as we can make it.
You will work closely with our Executive Chef, site managers and front of house staff, sharing your knowledge and experience. You will help create seasonal menu items from the best ingredients (no additives or preservatives in our kitchens!).
- Manage daily food ordering, production, service, and always achieving our high standards.
- Cook great, tasty food so that our customers will keep coming back for more.
- Comply with our food standards and guidelines.
- Compliance with all Health & Safety policies & procedures (stock control, temperature checks, HACCP’s etc.)
- Supplier ordering and maintaining correct stock levels
